FRANKLIN COUNTY, Fla. (WMBB) — An FBI agent who investigated sex crimes against children has been arrested and charged with multiple sex crimes against children across several states, according to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies said Supervisory Special Agent David ____ was tasked with investigating crimes against children, including child pornography. But in February of this year, he was accused of exposing himself to a 14-year-old girl in a “lewd and lascivious manner,” while on vacation in St. George Island.

The investigation began in Franklin County but because of David ____ ’s role in the FBI, his status as a colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves, and the locations of the witnesses, victim(s), and suspect the Department of Justice and the Office of Inspector General joined the case.

He has not been convicted. It will be an interesting case to watch in Florida. Will he enter a plea or demand trial? 95% of the time it’s plea but he’s LE so maybe not. Chauven didn’t plea out and he was on multiple videos. In America anything is possible. After I read the linked article it was the next story from the site I link below. A far more disconcerting LE story.

Maybe cops should start investigating themselves first instead of creating crime. How to get away with crimes join the police academy? Brings a different meaning to protect and serve. Protect the unions and law enforcement while serving our bloated egos. Bad boys what are going to do when they come for you, either get arrested or killed.

I hope he gets convicted and is forced to register as a sex offender for rest of his hypocritical miserable, disgusting life.

Good luck

You almost wonder if because he was exposed to pornography that he fell to the darkside. I also wonder how his investigations went, was he complacent or a success in his profession. The whole thing is odd and this guy had power and access to victims and medium. One will never know but he has probably shaken up the FBI with these allegations.

He has arrest warrants in multiple states. This does not look good for him. I know innocent until proven guilty, but if the FBI arrests someone with multiple arrest warrants that doesn’t look good.
